Tree house

Deep in the woods is a tree house. The tree house area has a creek flowing through it, a rope tied on a branch lets people cross.
One you get into the tree house, you can walk across the bridge hovering high up, to the other tree house. A great place to chill, and have fun in the creek.

Summoning the courage to jump off the tree, he balanced precariously on the branch he had been sitting on, and jumped towards the house. Landing awkwardly on the roof, he stumbled and caught himself before he fell back. Standing up and dusting his shirt off, he looked up at her. "Yeah," He replied still blushing slightly.

Scarlet listened to his answer in shock. Really? He's asking me of all people?, she thought and flicked her hair out of her face. "S-sure. Yeah, of course I will." She replied and looked shyly down at her feet. She couldn't believe this was happening and silently scolded herself for stammering when he spoke.

Jasper couldn't help but smile. "R-really?" He stammered. Mentally face palming himself, he spoke again. "Where do you want to go?" He asked, trying not to stammer. He was bursting inside, he always had a giant crush on Scarlet, but he didn't want to be skipping around her in circles.

Scarlet smiled seeing his reaction, at the same time wipping a raindrop off her cheek. "Why would I say no?" She chuckled and looked around. "I don't mind. You pick." She replied to his question and pulled her hood over her head.

Feeling slightly baffled, he scanned his mind for ideas. "Well, uh.. we could go out for dinner? Or go to the movies? I don't think theres anything outdoorsy that we can do in this weather." He said, half to himself as he gestured to the extremely dark clouded sky.

Scarlet nodded and smiled. "The cinema sounds nice. Do you know any movies that are on at the moment?" She replied as she slipped down off the roof and swung her way onto the tree house balcony; readying herself to jump off onto the floor.

EDIT: Just before Scarlet was about to jump down, she heard the cracked of thunder behind her and felt the wind pick up. Turning around, her eyes grew wider in disbelief as she saw the twister in the distance heading towards the town. "Uh, Jasper... I think we should head back to the Hideout." she exclaimed pointing towards the tornado. "Maybe another time..." she added with an apologetic look and jumped down off the bridge before running back home. She knew Jasper wouldn't be far behind her.
